The Origin of the 11-Point System

I originally developed the 11-Point Accountability System for the person doing the work. I wanted to give employees a way to document their worth every single day, creating a “daily receipt” that proves they earned the raise they deserve. If you want to get paid for your value, you have to have the data to back it up.

As I built this out, I realized that the information being recorded was a goldmine. By using AI to process these daily reports, we can glean high-level insights that are vital to corporate executives—everything from facility health to long-term risk management.

What started as a tool for personal worker accountability has evolved into a powerful data engine for the entire company.
