At AI Creative Studio, I provide high-end technical engineering and creative services at an affordable rate. To maintain this balance, I operate under the following professional terms. These policies ensure that your project is completed with precision and that our business relationship remains transparent.

1. The “Complete Package” Requirement

My production clock only begins once I have received the complete “Project Kit” from you. This includes all final written copy, high-resolution photos, and branding assets. I do not begin the engineering phase until all the pieces of your puzzle are on my desk.

2. Firm Project Scope & “Change Orders”

To keep projects on track, we agree on a specific Project Scope before work begins. Once engineering starts, we are building towards that specific goal. If you change your mind or pivot the direction of the project after work has commenced, this is considered “Scope Creep.” Any significant changes to the original plan will require a new quote and additional costs to cover the extra labor and time.

3. Secure Payments & Deposits

I utilize PayPal for all transactions to ensure security and professional record-keeping.

• Instant Deposits: For Full Website Builds, a deposit is required to secure your spot in my production schedule. This can be paid instantly via the link on my payments page.
• Custom Invoicing: For unique projects, I can send a professional PayPal Invoice directly to your email.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because my work involves immediate technical labor, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client while in progress, any funds paid are retained to compensate for the engineering time already invested.

5. Handover & Future Support

• Ownership: Upon final payment, you own your digital assets in their entirety.
• The “No-Disappearance” Promise: I don’t vanish after the job is done. I am available for future updates or troubleshooting.
• Additional Costs: Once a project is delivered and closed, any future changes, maintenance, or new features are considered new work and will be billed at an additional cost.
